Rye malt can also be used topically by making face masks twice a week. This mask nourishes skin and improves skin tone, smoothes light wrinkles, gives the face a healthy glow. Take 1 teaspoon malt, stir with 1 teaspoon honey and 1 egg yolk, apply to clean skin for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
